About founder and principal Jocelyn Randles
Jocelyn Randles has been working in market research since the 1980's and started her career in London,
England where she worked for two market research agencies. In the first, she gained experience in youth, financial services, health and beauty, and food & drink market sectors.
In the second agency, she gained extensive experience in researching public transportation.
When Jocelyn moved to the USA in the late 1990's, she started her own consultancy, JRQ Research. Her vision was to offer affordable and creative research solutions, and to
specialize in education and publishing, building on her background as an educator.
She has a group of repeat clients and has conducted research on all aspects of new product development and marketing.
Jocelyn has a degree in Psychology from Bristol University (UK), a post-graduate teaching certificate from London University, and a Masters in Human Development (Ed. M, GPA 4.0)
from Boston University. She is a former New England Chapter Chair of the QRCA.
